"I was in search of a new insurance company/agent. I am big on reviews I believe they speak volumes for the company's current clientele and how their sevices are rated.

After reading about 6 reviews...I came across Chris and State Farm. Was very impressed with the reviews for this office.

Let me say the reviews are absolutely right. When I arrived at this office I was warmly greeted promptly by Heather. And then out of an office comes Miss B who also warmly greeted me with a tail wag, a few sniffs and a very darling little face that looked as though she was happy I was there.

Not far behind Miss B...was Birdie who also promptly greeted me with a tail wag and a beautiful little face that said she was happy to see me.

As for the humans I was also promptly greeted by Chris, extremely nice man and then Greg another very friendly welcoming person. He looked at my insurance needs and came up with plans for my insurance policies. Greg took the time to explain my coverage on my policies and everything included. I was extremely but pleasantly surprised the time he took.

NEEDLESS TO SAY ....they now have all of my insurance. This office is loaded with customer service and absolutely awesome employees 2 and 4 legged. It is the old school way we all use to know and appreciate in the insurance industry.

Fellow pet owners you will be welcomed here with open paws...fellow insurers...unbelievable staff in this office. You WON'T BE SORRY. They did save me quite a bit of money from my old policy with Erie Insurance.

"I gave them a call after receiving yet another increase in my auto insurance from my previous company. They actually answered the phone and I actually spoke to a representative that was actually able to help me right then and there! Heather was very helpful in creating my new home and auto insurance and I am saving about $2,000 a year with even better coverage than I had with previous company. Had the whole thing finished up in less than an hour and now we are good to go with a new insurance company that costs less and with a company that when I call someone actually answers the phone, and that someone can actually help me with what I need, which to me is a big plus!"
